How to choose a sports suit?

 

Nowadays, a sports suit is a mandatory attribute of a modern woman's wardrobe. These clothes are liked by street-style fans who value practicality and comfort. Sweatpants and sweaters have long been out of the "gym clothes" category. Designers removed the stripes and logos from them, made their appearance more concise and aesthetic. It is enough to choose a suitable model that fits well on the figure, and the problem of "wearing nothing" will be solved by itself.

Buying a new tracksuit is a great way to motivate yourself with morning workouts, fitness trips or just jogging in the park. This is logical, because the update needs to be "walked". But how should a sports suit fit so that training is comfortable, safe, and the appearance of its owner remains feminine and attractive? The best thing is to focus on your own feelings and follow simple rules:

  • use the size table before buying, comparing the volumes of the chest, waist and hips;
  • choose models in which the upper part of the suit sits on the figure, does not hang "bag", but at the same time does not fit the body very well;
  • sweaters without fasteners should be freely put on and taken off over the head, without causing trouble and discomfort to their owners;
  • pants should end strictly in the middle of the foot, the fabric should not drag on the floor and get confused under the feet;
  • the sleeves of the suit should end only at the level of the wrist;
  • pants should not press the body and limit your movement.

It is ideal if, when choosing a suit, you can do a couple of squats, walk in it with a wide step, make several bends and kicks. This will allow you to objectively assess the comfort of the outfit and make sure that you will feel comfortable during intense sports activities.
